We want you to love your Sorelleuk pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
